Topvent Max 25 over-fascia ventilator

Celuform has launched a ventilator that enables designers and contractors to meet building regulations for roofs above 15 degrees pitch, or where the insulation is at rafter level.

The new Topvent Max 25 over-fascia ventilator provides a 25,000 mm² continuous air gap at the eaves. The discrete design provides improved sight lines because it eliminates the need for ventilation holes or slots in the soffit. It also prevents insect ingress.

Safety is improved because the risk of fire in the top storey of a building entering the roof space is reduced. It is strong enough to support concrete roof tiles and there are no sharp edges that could trap roofing felt against the underside of the roof covering and damage the felt. Pre-drilled fixing holes and an interlock on the end provides easier and more secure fixing.
