Company Information

  • 1950s: The Reed Group start the production of pitch fibre pipes and rainwater goods.
  • 1964: Reeds found Key Terrain to manufacture PVC pipes and rainwater goods.
  • 1972: Key Terrain becomes the first UK licence holder for the production of expanded PVC building materials. The products are branded Celuform.
  • 1976: The development of external cladding and roofline products.
  • 1985: Terrain and Celuform, become the core of the Caradon Group. The first high quality co-extruded,
  • 1999: Caradon Doors and Windows were purchased by the Latium Group and re-named CDW Products.
  • 2000: Celuform re-establish head office at Aylesford, Kent and announce the introduction of 10 year guarantees for woodgrain profiles for internal and external use.
  • 2002: Guarantees increased to 15 years on white profiles.
  • 2003: Celuform becomes Celuform Building Products, registered at the address below.
  • 2004: Launch of ‘third generation’ DuoShield, featuring a seamless ‘skin’ on all surfaces of the board.
  • 2008: Celuform moves its Customer Services & Logistics to Trentham Gardens in Stoke and its production to Scunthorpe, North Lincs.
